Day 1: Marrakech › High Atlas › Ait Ben Haddou › Ouarzazate › Dades Valley
Start your trip from Marrakech in the morning. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains using the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass, which reaches an elevation of 2,260 meters. Take a moment at beautiful spots to take pictures. Visit the UNESCO-recognized Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a famous place that has been featured in popular movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Go to Ouarzazate, which is sometimes called the “Hollywood of Africa.” Travel on the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, going through Skoura and the Rose Valley. Head to Dades Valley for dinner and stay overnight in a cozy hotel or riad.

Day 2: Dades Valley › Todra Gorges › Erfoud › Merzouga Desert
After having breakfast, head off to Todra Gorges, which is a stunning canyon featuring cliffs that are 300 meters high. Walk along the riverbank and enjoy the cool, fresh air. Continue your journey through Erfoud, a town famous for its fossils. Arrive in Merzouga, which is the starting point for entering the Sahara Desert. Take a 1.5-hour ride on a camel through the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Dine and stay overnight at a fancy desert camp, enjoying traditional music while looking up at the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga › Rissani › Alnif › Agdz › Ouarzazate
Day 4: Ouarzazate › High Atlas Mountains › Marrakech
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Take a tour of the Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate, which was the home of the Glaoui family and is regarded as one of Morocco’s most impressive kasbahs. Return to Marrakech by driving through the beautiful High Atlas Mountains and crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, which is 2,260 meters high. Arrive in Marrakech during the afternoon or evening, and your transfer will take you to your riad or hotel.
